A 70-year-old man was removed from a plane allegedly after making a racist remark to a black flight attendant.
The man was reportedly on board a Binter Canarias flight to La Palma in the North of Tenerife Airport in Spain when he “hurled racist abuse” at the flight attendant, witnesses said.

According to the Spanish newspaper El Pais, the man allegedly told the black flight attendant, “I don’t want blacks around me”, as he was on the plane.
When the passenger to his seat, the plane, the captain came and ordered the man to leave the plane.
In a video uploaded by a passenger of social media, the man is seen in the first instance, refused to meet the captain orders. The captain then brings in more guards to remove the passenger, the SF Gate reported. After a short protest,” the man leaves the plane without further incident.
Binter Canarias issued a statement in a tweet about the incident, SF Gate reported.
“Binter, we want to express our extreme disapproval and outrage at the behavior of this type and show our full support to our crew that constantly strive to provide the best service to our customers.”
