New destroyers, fighter jets, tanks, submarines, Black Hawk helicopters, super-sonic weapons and more will the AMERICAN army even more powerful next year.
In line with White House recommendations, it seems as if defense will receive an increase of 3 percent in funding – the meaning of the military will receive $ 674 billion in support in 2019.
How is it spent?
Not only will the force be extended with 16,400 additional active-duty and reserves and a 2.6 percent salary increase to be introduced, there will be a mega-boost in the cutting-edge tech to ensure that the United States continues to dominate in land, sea, and air power.
WEAPONS UPGRADE SET TO MAKE OUR OPERATIONS EVEN MORE DEADLY
More than 200 new fighter aircraft, more than 130 upgraded tanks and more than a dozen new navy warships will join the nation’s arsenal in 2019.
So what is the government’s custom, military shopping list for 2019? Here is a look at what to expect.
93 F-35 fifth generation fighter jets
The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a fifth-generation jet fighter and the most advanced in the world. It offers unprecedented opportunities, such as the remarkable stealth features that allow it to evade air defenses and penetrate deep into enemy space when needed.
The situational awareness alone is extraordinary and offers a decisive advantage. The single seater can be used for the ground attack, but also against enemy planes and targets on sea. It is so advanced that pilots can “see through the floor” of the plane on the ground with their remarkable helmets.
NEW LASER-EQUIPPED DRONES WILL TAKE MISSILE THREATS AGAINST THE U.S.
There are three primary variants: the USAF fly the F-35A conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL), the marine Corps fly the F-35B short take-off and vertical landing (STOVL), and the Navy will fly the F-35C catapult-assisted take-off but arrested recovery (CATOBAR), which are adapted to rely on military aircraft carriers.

58 UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters
Black Hawk helicopters were developed by Sikorsky for more than 40 years ago. They are just as essential today for the air assault, and a wide range of other purposes of the medical evacuation by means of special operations missions.
The Black Hawk has evolved over the years and its contemporary variant can fly even higher, while the execution even more than before.
This powerful, heavily armed helicopters can fight their way in a combat zone to deliver a large number of troops and fight themselves a way out when extracting them.
66 AH-64 Apache helicopters
The AH-64 Apache attack helicopter has served in the U.S. Military arsenal for more than three decades. Made by Boeing, they now look at the rails to serve for the army for more than another two decades.

GIRAFFES IN THE NAVY AND HUNT DOWN THE ENEMY THREATS
The Apaches have continued to advance. This helicopter can fly with speeds of more than 150 knots per hour and can carry hard-hitting weapons tailored for the mission. The Longbow variant, for example, can carry 16 Hellfire missiles on four launchers and four air-to-air missiles.
13 V-22 Osprey aircraft
With its special tilt rotor tech, the Boeing Osprey helicopter has a distinctive, recognizable appearance and offers unique opportunities. It combines the vertical performance of a helicopter with the speed and range of a fixed-wing aircraft.

When the rotors are in a vertical position, this plane, lands and hovers like a helicopter. Once in the air, it can convert to a turboprop airplane capable of delivering high-speed, high-altitude flight.

$1.5 billion in the M1 Abrams tank improvements
M1 Abrams tanks are an iconic element of the AMERICAN Army would be since 1980.
A MILITARY HELICOPTER DRONE THAT CAN FIGHT FIRES
In 2019, 135 tanks should get upgrades – $1.5 billion to modernize and improve what tanks bring to the battle and how they protect the American fighters.
These main battle tanks will probably receive armor improvements to stop the latest evolution of the threats on the battlefield. The Army is very interested in active security systems that have proven to be very effective in stopping the anti-tank missiles and other threats.
3 DDG-51 Guided Missile Destroyers (Arleigh-Burke class)
The DDG 51 is a warship with offensive and defensive capabilities for a wide range of missions.
These are surface combatant ships that can attack and defend against enemy air planes, submarines and other enemy surface warships.
This Destroyer is armed to the teeth, and forms an important firepower for strikes. Enemies will not want to be on the receiving end of the MK-41 Vertical Launch System (VLS).
‘FORCE FIELD’ TECHNOLOGY COULD OUR TANKS NOT TO STOP
Destroyers can conduct missions on their own, or as part of carrier strike groups, surface action groups, expeditionary strike groups, and missile defense action groups.
2 Virginia-Class submarines
The new Virginia Class attack submarine is nuclear-powered. Thanks to its advanced stealth, it can be used for deep ocean anti-submarine warfare and shallow water (coast) activities such as hugging enemy shores to conduct surveillance without ever being detected.
The weapon systems on these submarines are phenomenal. They are equipped with 12 vertical missile launch tubes and four 533mm torpedo tubes. The vertical launch system, only has the capacity to launch 16 Tomahawk submarine-launched cruise missiles (SLCM) in a single salvo.
The 21-inch torpedo tubes, up to 26 mk48 ADCAP mod 6 heavyweight torpedoes and sub-harpoon anti-ship missiles can be fired. In addition, Mk60 CAPTOR mines may be added to the firepower.
Littoral Combat Ship (LCS)
Designed to fight in coastal areas and plagued by bad press and performance is concerned, there are already three more LCS underway thanks to funding in 2018.
STORMBREAKER: POWERFUL BOMB PENETRATES BAD WEATHER, SPELLS BAD NEWS FOR BAD GUYS
Military focus has shifted to the introduction of a new frigate. The White House recommended that only an additional LCS would be necessary; however, politicians seem to have a different perspective on our military and more may be funded in 2019.
Hypersonic weapons travel at Mach 5 or faster – five times the speed of sound. The Senate has added $508 million more funding for the vitally important area of hypersonic weapons.
In recent years, the United States has not the priority hypersonic development while countries like Russia and China are very open about their progress.
The military will require funding not only to the development of an AMERICAN arsenal of this new era of weapons, but to develop solutions to defend against these missiles, which can strike with unprecedented speed.
