PARIS (Reuters) – the French Finance Minister, Bruno Le Maire, said a decision by France in respect of 5G would be based on the safety and performance of the networks, and Le Maire added that France would not designate a specific operator is not welcome.
Last week, the French President, Emmanuel Macron said that it was not the intention of France to block Huawei, nor to launch any kind of technological war, a day after the U.S. government moved to the black list of the Chinese telecom giant.
