50 Cent said he believed that “the Power of three” will not be overlooked by the emmys over the course of the next couple of years, the race in spite of the success of the popular Starz series, featuring an eye-catching black-and-cast.
“I like to say that it was a race. This is the easy way to get the most out of everything,” she said of the rapper and executive producer of the show, during a panel discussion Friday at the Television Critics Association Press Tour. “The people that are active and connected to this, religious ceremonies are not necessarily nice people.”
50 Cent’s comments, “Power” creator Courtney Kemp, who will be with him on the stage, sarcastically said, “well, we’ll never get it.”

“Power” stars Omari Hardwick as a man who is trying to leave behind his life as a drug kingpin and the deal is legit. The series has grown to be one of Starz’s most popular shows, but the popularity of the series is not yet reflected in the Emmy nominations.
50 Cent said he’s experienced about the head and can be seen throughout his musical career, particularly as his debut studio album “Get Rich or die Tryin’ ” was released in the year 2003.

“This project is the same material that I used for my music,” he said. “No, I didn’t receive an award for best new artist, I had the biggest debut for a hip-hop album. I sold more records for a debut album it is today. I can see it’s the same thing. I’m going to make the numbers. The viewing public before it’s finished, they’ll look around and say, ” Yes, we are (expletive) up.’ “
“Power” will air its sixth and final season in two parts, one of Starz, said. In the first half of the 10 episodes will begin, as previously announced, on Aug. 25. The final five episodes will begin being broadcast in January.
Kemp said as for the Emmy snubs were “disappointing.” But she was also happy that the show has received the recognition of “the public”, including the NAACP Image Awards.

“I thought we were doing something new,” Kemp said. “I was hoping that the Emmy voters should take notice of this, and they didn’t know. You just have to accept it and move on. However, we have a winning image Awards have now been there for some time. It is as if the very core of our target audience’s love and respect for the show. Not every show gets the attention it deserves.”
