The boys, at the age of 13 to 15, appeared in juvenile court Wednesday in Toledo, where they are in denial of resources to the murder of the costs.
Prosecutors filed the new charges Tuesday against the boys after a 22-year old Marquise Byrd died Friday in a hospital.
The Warren, Michigan, the man was in the passenger seat of a car heading south on Interstate 75 in Toledo when a sandbag smashed through the windscreen, and on Dec. 19.
