California-police say a dispute over a rental agreement led to a 20-year-old woman and her teenage friend, as well as the killing of three people.
“This is a tragic, horrible incident,” Hemet police chief Eddie Pust, told a news conference on Friday.
He said that the killing happened on Wednesday at a Hemet home is owned by one of the victims, Barbara Lopez-Araiza, 46.
Her daughter, Genesis, Lopez-Araiza, 21, was also killed. The third victim was Trinity and She, 18.
