2 Syracuse fraternity members suspended for the video to re-enroll

SYRACUSE, ny – Two students from the University of Syracuse suspended for a video showing members of the brotherhood with the help of racist insults and simulate sexual violence, and have re-enrolled after an order from a judge.

The video is posted by a university newspaper in April showed the members of the brotherhood of the laughing at performances interspersed by racist language against blacks, Jews and Hispanics, and simulated sexual acts. reports, 18 members of the Theta Tau fraternity were suspended from school this spring. The university banned the brotherhood.

A number of the students have since filed a lawsuit against the university. In court papers filed Wednesday, an attorney for the Syracuse University says two students have already re-enrolled in the following classes to a court order this month.

The court is of a temporary nature, and he will decide later whether the suspension should be destroyed.
