2 Chicago gangbangers to run a 9-year-old, in retaliation against the killing of his father-rival-gang-officers-of-justice

Two of the famous Chicago gang members allegedly carried out by a 9-year-old man, in the full sunlight and because they wanted to get revenge on the father of the child, as the rival gang that they are to blame for the attribution of family members, prosecutors said on Tuesday.

Tyshawn Lee, 9, was in school when three men approached him in the South side of Chicago in November of 2015, the public prosecutors said during opening statements.

The plaintiffs argued that Morgan Doty, aimed at the 9-year-old student in the elementary, because of his father, Pierre, Stokes, and belongs to a rival gang, the Killa Ward faction of the Gangster Disciples. They say it is the fault of the gang for a shoot-out in October, 2015, in the death of Morgan’s brother and wounded his mother.

Morgan’s lawyer, Thomas Breen, has tried to distance his client from the crime scene.

“The implementation of the 9-year-old boy, is a strange evil person,” Breen told the jury members without the name of Doty. “Not a good plan. The killer did so of his own will and his own reason. Not in at the request, or the help of Corey Morgan.”

Brett Gallagher, an assistant to the public prosecutor’s office represents the Doty, as later pointed out, members of the jury that Morgan had a motive for revenge, and Morgan’s family had been established for the purchase of the gun used to kill the child.

The two gangs have been locked in an escalating gang war, which could be responsible for up to 15 shots dating back to 2011, authorities said. Months of the date of the child’s version of his father, allegedly, was looking for revenge for the shooting of three people, including Morgan’s crush, to the outside of a gas station. He is being held without bail.
