’13 percent of the Dutch people measure themselves fitness and health’
13 percent of the Dutch people measure health and fitness are using an online or mobile app such as an app, a heart rate monitor or a smartwatch. The majority of the Dutch population (73 percent) has never made use of it.
This is according to research by GFK. They interviewed more than 20,000 consumers from sixteen countries.
The netherlands, with these numbers on the bottom of the list when it comes to the self-measurement of your health and fitness. Dutch people in the age groups 15 to 19 and 20 to 29 years, measuring the most of their health and physical condition (both 21 percent). The age group 30 to 39 years followed by 15 percent. As age increases, decreases the number of people that are health and fitness measure.
Worldwide, measures 33 per cent of the population today, health and fitness. 18 percent to let you know this in the past to have done. 55 percent to meet their health and fitness to stay in shape or improve. 50 percent used equipment to motivate themselves and 35 percent want their energielevel increase.
The Chinese are at the top when it comes to the self-measurement of fitness and health (45 percent). In Brazil and the USA meet 29 percent of the population, their health and fitness, followed by Germany (28 per cent) and France (26 percent).
