One person was shot and killed at an Oklahoma city mall on Thursday, in which the enforcement of the law, it is clear from the building in the middle of a busy holiday shopping season.
Officers received a call just before 4 a.m. in response to the shooting rampage, which unfolded during a dispute shall be submitted to the Penn Square Mall, Oklahoma, City, Police Department tweeted.
“At the moment, we have a shooting victim from the incident at the Penn Square Mall],” the department said. “This seems to be an isolated incident that started as a disturbance between a group of individuals.”
Details about the shooting were not immediately released, but the Oklahoman newspaper reported that one person was shot in the chest by police, and was rushed to the hospital. The person’s condition was not clear.
The alleged shooter was seen fleeing from the area in the vicinity of a Foot Locker, but it was not clear where he went, police said. He was described as a black male wearing a gray sweatpants and no shirt.
The officers were trying to clear out of the mall, according to police.
The shopping mall is shut down, but the buyers, seen to the left of the south side of the building, according to the newspaper. Fox News’ calls and messages go to the Oklahoma City Police Department were not returned.
Oklahoma City, SWAT officers were seen staging outside a shopping centre.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said that it has closed the off-ramps on I-44, leading to the shopping center.

Kaity Sharp, a student at Central Oklahoma state University, told the newspaper she was in a Sephora in the mall, the second floor, and when they were, as a matter of urgency, in a storage room.
“I haven’t heard of that in the photos, but other people here have said they have done this,” Sharp said. “They told us that they are letting people go, but we were told to stay here.”
